Numbers represent your band size, or the measurement around your rib cage just below your breasts. Dr. Sajjadian’s equation will help you figure out your bra size number:
Number = Band Size (Round to the nearest whole #) + 4 (or 5 if the # is odd)
Letters represent your bust size, or the measurement around your chest at nipple level. This is the equation to determining your bra size letter:
Letter = Bust – Band Size
1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C
